• 2013 Budget
  In his 2013 Budget, the Chancellor (George Osborne) announced a number of "tweaks" to the tax regime, but many are deferred until 2014/15, rather than affecting 2013/14.

• Audit Exemption extended for limited companies and LLPs
  For periods ending after 1 October 2012, the audit exemption available to companies and LLPs has been extended to include all small companies and subsidiary compnaies whose liabilities are guaranteed by its parent.
