What types of jobs are available?

We employ a wide range of qualified and trainee accountants as well as support staff such as receptionists, secretaries and administrators.

What would my working hours be?

We operate a flexitime scheme. Employees work 37.5 hours per week between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. "Core time" (i.e. time when you are required to work) is 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., but outside of those hours, you can work to suit your circumstances.

What about my working hours when I am at a clients?

You will be expected to conform to the clients' working hours when working at their premises.

How may hours a week will I work?

Full-time hours are 37.5 per week. Part-time opportunities are also sometimes available.

Do you offer flexitime?

We operate a flexitime scheme whereby employees are required to work between 10.00am and 4.00pm each day; but they can work hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm with a minimum half hour lunch break provided they work their weekly contracted hours.

What about holidays?

You will be entitled to 20 days holidays each year, plus statutory Bank Holidays. Our holiday year runs from 1st April - 31st March. Holiday entitlement does increase after 5 years service.

Will I need to work overtime?

We try to minimise the amount of overtime that employees have to work and try to maintain an effective work/life balance! Overtime may be necessary and will vary upon individual posts but time off in lieu of overtime is available.

What training opportunities are there?

We are committed to the highest level of training and each year we usually recruit one or two trainees. Trainees can study towards the following: Accounting Technician (AAT), Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).

What training support will I receive?

We provide paid leave to attend external training and for the first sitting of any paper, will pay for course fees, books and student and examination registration fees and for travel to and from the course or exam centre. As we are committed to the highest standard of expertise we also provide:
